• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• We currently ship across the European Union and selected international destinations.
• If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@menloft.com to verify availability.

3. Delivery Times

• European Union and International Orders: estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

• Free Standard Shipping: available on all EU orders.
• Express or priority shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
• Shipping costs for international destinations will be calculated at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
• Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
• You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website or via the link provided in your email.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.
• These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Delivery Issues

• Delays: Menloft is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural events, strikes, or carrier disruptions.
• Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
• Unclaimed Packages: Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts may incur re-shipping fees.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please document with photos and contact us immediately.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier.
• Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Menloft is not responsible for theft or loss.

9. Split Shipments

In certain cases, an order containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. Customers will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

10. Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes.

• Processing & Packaging: 1–2 business days.
• Carrier Pickup: By end of processing day.
• Delivery to Customer: Based on destination and shipping method.
