- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- We currently ship across the European Union and selected international destinations.

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

- Shipping costs for international destinations will be calculated at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order

- Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
- You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website or via the link provided in your email.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Unclaimed Packages: Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts may incur re-shipping fees.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please document with photos and contact us immediately.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier.
- Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Menloft is not responsible for theft or loss.
9. Split Shipments
In certain cases, an order containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. Customers will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
10. Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes.

- Carrier Pickup: By end of processing day.
- Delivery to Customer: Based on destination and shipping method.
