• Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Be in its original condition (unused, unworn, undamaged)
• Include all original packaging and accessories

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@menloft.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged or defective). We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

• Defective or incorrect items: Menloft covers the return shipping cost.
• Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 30 days from delivery
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging
• Gift cards

7. Damaged or Defective Items
